Diane Odeen’s Wisconsin roots are deep. She grew up on a dairy farm outside of Black River Falls where her family lived since the 1850s. She and her husband, Michael, moved to River Falls in 1992 where they raised two daughters.
Diane is a community advocate and an Alderperson for the City of River Falls. Diane serves as the vice-chair of FORWARD: The River Falls Public Schools Education Foundation, and she is the chair of the Board of Directors of Emerge Wisconsin, which trains Democratic women to run for office. Diane is an active member of her church, was a co-founder of the River Falls Community Theatre, and is a past president of the Rotary Club of River Falls. Diane is a lawyer in private practice specializing in employment law.
Diane loves this state and its proud traditions of volunteerism, cooperative action and public service. She wants to return these values to Madison to build a future full of opportunities for the next generations.
