Erik Severson

My name is Erik Severson. My family and I live outside of Osceola, where I work as an emergency room doctor. I am an active member of Hope Evangelical Free Church and I also volunteer as a coach for both football and track at Osceola High School.
I have chosen to run for the District 28 Assembly in order to help make a difference in our state.
The Democrat led state government has increased taxes causing crippling effects to our businesses and economy.  The unemployment rate is 9% and will only worsen with these increased taxes.
The state government has continued to increase it’s size as it now employs more people than those who are employed in manufacturing.  I wonder how long  this expanding government can continue when private employment is decreasing.  The answer is not long.
We need to change the face of government and make lasting changes for our future and the future of our children.  Will you help me make this difference?
