Candidate Biography

From candidate website

As a life-long resident of southeastern Wisconsin, I appreciate the natural resources of our state and the efforts of the many great people that make this a wonderful place to live. As a resident of the 23rd Assembly District since 1986, I feel I have a good grasp of the issues that are important to my neighbors.

Obtaining a law degree from Marquette University has helped me to gain a better understanding of constitutional issues and the legislative process. I chaired the MU Judiciary and Ethics Committee, as well as co-chaired the Joint Committee for the Review of Administrative rules during the 2011-12 session of the legislature.

Whether you reside in Brown Deer, Bayside, Mequon or northwestern Milwaukee County, serving as your representative in the Wisconsin State Assembly is an honor and a responsibility that I take very seriously. Listed below is some on my biographical information. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me. Between now and November 4th, I hope to meet as many of you in person as possible.
