How do I register to vote?

You will need to have proof of residence in order to register to vote. The proof of residence must include your name and address, with examples including a current Wisconsin driver’s license or state ID card, a utility bill that covers a time no earlier than 90 days before Election Day, an intake document from a residential care facility, and various other types of documents. There are special rules and options for military and overseas voters.
